CAN I BUY THIS AS A GIFT?
Don't buy this for your messy, hoarding friend or relative. The recipient must have expressed explicit desire for a decluttering session. This is not something we can do without full client buy-in.

Currently, we only serve the Austin area. If you live in the surrounding areas, please inquire about any applicable travel fees.
ARE YOU CERTIFIED ORGANIZERS AND/OR DO YOU FOLLOW A PARTICULAR METHOD?
Jessica purely has a love for decluttering. She has remodeled a number of her homes, has a love for design and minimalism, and has helped many private clients.
CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE SESSIONS?
Our advice is to start with the first session to see how things go. You will want to make sure there is good chemistry with Jessica, that you enjoy the process, and that you are happy with the results.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Since Jessica's sessions are booked out well in advance, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, or you will be billed for 50% of the session.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment is accepted via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?
Jessica's goal is to help you go through typical household items. There are items that will be out of her scope, including, but not limited to garages or exceptionally heavy items. She will try to do her best to research resources that you might need such as hazardous waste disposal, photo scanning/archiving, resale or donation centers, etc., but may not be able to meet all of your specific needs.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
Before an appointment is booked, please email or text Jessica a photo of the area(s) you would like to cover. She can let you know if she can help in the allotted time, as well as whether it will be a match for her expertise.
MY SPOUSE/PARTNER/CHILDREN ARE NOT ON BOARD WITH GETTING RID OF THINGS. HOW WILL THAT WORK?
A decluttering session probably won't work unless you have buy in from the parties involved. If there are barriers in discarding items, the process will unfortunately be fruitless.
DO I NEED TO BUY BINS AND/OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONAL PRODUCTS?
We don't advise that you pre-purchase any items. You may discover at the end of the process that there are storage items that might be helpful, but until we go through the decluttering process, we won't be able to determine the needs (if any).
WHAT DAYS CAN I BOOK?
Jessica typically takes appointments for Wednesdays, Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays. Please email or call to inquire about specific dates.
DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?
Jessica wants you to be 100% happy with the results, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know. We will do anything within reason to remedy the situation.
